Saw this sc listing

with no pics

I have a rare 1993 Lexus Sc400 that has been built for the autobahn in europe and is 1 of 500 made and brought into the usa in 93 without a rev limiter or governor and just had a chip put in to increase horsepower 200 more hp to bring it to almost 600 horse power...this is definitely not for new drivers.
this car will go go 0-60 in less than 4 seconds

anyone ever heard of such?

A chip that adds 200hp, right...The programmer for my truck maxes at 100+hp over stock, torque is a different story, but that seems high for just a chip.
