I made a new exhaust video just now. Difference from the last ones you saw is this one includes my newer straighter 2.5 inch pipes instead of hacked up stock 2.25-inch piping. Oh yeah, I had the outlet on the cat cut open to fit dual pipes ....

Hehe Johnny, I'm sure any compotent muffler shop in LA could do just as good a job or better. Plus you'd save about $80 in gas .
I'm not sure, but I don't think it'll sound the same. You're talking about 1.0 liter less and an inline motor as opposed to a v-type. I mean heck, the GT Mustang is only 0.6 liters larger and it sounds a helluva lot meaner than my V8. I heard some pretty smooth SC300 exhausts at the Carson meet though. Steve Ganz's exhaust was real nice as was this random guy that stopped by to sell his custom teal SC300. I believe Steve has the Greddy MX and that other guys was a custom setup by B-tech. Smooth8's exhaust sounds real aggressive too, though he has a GTE motor pushing some serious power.

sounds good lex. Do u think it would sound similar on an SC3 (the V8 is prolly more throaty i would assume)

that guy that was trying to sell his car at the meet didn't know jack shiet about the car he was selling.. pretty much he bought the car exactly like that. he also doesn't seem to know much about his car when itried to ask him question to customize my car.

Yeah, every time I asked him something about his car like "what kind of exhaust do you have?" or "are there any engine mods?", he'd respond something like "I don't know, it's a fully custom setup" or "it was made for this car". That's great and all, but that doesn't tell me crap about the car or why it's worth $21,000 as a 1993 SC300 auto.

I'm thinking he'll eventually lower the price down to $14,000 and sell it for that much. What he needs to realize is custom ***** and aftermarket parts do better parted off than sold with the car.
Thanks Tony

i tried to explain to him that his car has over 100,000 miles and he isn't going to get half of what the after market is worth ESPECIALLY since he doesn't even know what half the after market are "everything was custom and made only for this car, the previos owner only worked on mercedes and this is the only lexus he will ever work on" that made me wanna just laugh so hard in his face. i felt sorry for this guy though. he was actually thinking he would get it to go for that much. LOL. what a joke.
