Default 1995 SC400 does not always start. Please help

The car has 125k miles had it for 12 yrs with 43k miles. The car sometimes starts and runs fine with no problem, but sometimes it doesn’t crank at all. I can hear the relay clicking and humming sound is also coming. After few minutes with turning off the ignition on and off the car starts with no problem. When it start, it runs normal. I have already changed the starter and the battery. I don’t know what else to do, any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks.

rebuild your ecu.

i sent mine out to a guy in ATL and had it done for $300. my car was throwing 4 codes and didnt start in the cold. after i got it rebuilt ZERO PROBLEMS. Lexus parts source 678-748-0167

all the rebuild is, is them changing the capacitors out. theres a thread about it somewhere on here...

My check engine light is not on, is that normal for this type of problem. Also I'm noticing while driving the vehicle starts to cut in and out. It feels like it's abot to run out of fuel.

Sometimes mine starts at then immediately shuts right back off then it keeps starting but shutting off right after..then magically it starts and goes fine.

I had already changed the starter, it was doing the same with my previous starter. I don't think it could be starter. The car does not crank it all, so fuel pump is out of the question. it just leaves with some electrical problem, but not sure where to look.
