what are the widest tires that will fit on a 95 sc4 with 19" wheels without tucking the fender?

depends on your offset- I've seen (and plan to get) 335's!!! They look stock from the side, but a lhell of a lot of footprint from the rear!

335mm is wider than Viper GTSR tires!!! That is insane, I doubt they will fit right. Are you using 10-inch wide rims? I have 255mm rears on stock offset, and I hear that's about as high as you can safely go with a stock offset. I believe someone here said he has 275s in the rear, but I can't remember who.

265 on a 10" is too narrow...275 should fit fine...285 is actually the "correct" size for a 10" wheel...

I believe SoCalSC4 was GOING to do 285's on the back...or was it 295's?

i remember him saying that with his setup, you dont' have to do fender mods... but then again, how many guys have the luxury of working for THE best wheel company out there and specify his own offsets??

335? yeah rite dont even bother wasting your money cuz they wont fit...i use 275's and that is with the wheelwells shaved...i doubt they will fit with out rubbing on the bidy or inside suspension,,hell thats wider then viper. HELLO...stick with 275's or 265's they will be fine...

killer, if you had to shave anything to fit 275's, you did something wrong, guys have run wider than that and have still not had to roll or trim anything, what's your width and offset?

+37 offset 18x10 in rear. dropped approx 1.5" 275/35/18's I rubbed. Had to roll my fenders like crazy.. I may end up shaving it as well.

Killer... After shaving your fenders, does the tires still almost hit the fender? Also where did you get it done it? or was it a DIY? If so mind sharing what you used?

I currently run 285 40's on my rear and there is no rubbing nor any fender mods needed.

Do a search on this site (if the archive goes back that far). There were several guys on this board that did the 335 30's on the back. They posted pics too, so I hope the search turns up something. They look Sooooooooo sweet. I can't wait till my tires wear down so I can "upgarde". I know they are unecessary and flat out too wide, but they make the car look so nice from the rear. You guys really need to see those pics.

Trust me, I'm not lying!
