ecu question for programing

i have a 91 sc300 2jzge. i was wondering if i do turbo app when it comes to programing will i need an EFI system or am i able to program the stock ecu. and if i cant what are my options. maby a later year sc300 has a programmable ecu or what not?

i think u can use a tt ecu from a supra but im not sure how all that goes together...or go stand alone ems..

Get an AFC and tune like that. What are your power goals, and potential setup?

how wold u like to do the transaction and this system ill be able to just plug and play?
