OK so I plan on converting my auto sc300 to manual and there's a r150 for sale on Trademe (NZ's equivalent to eBay),

Its just the box (no yoke, no shifter, no bell housing) so I'm wondering if the parts from R154 will fit on the R150? I know the bellhousing will, but will the yokes and shifter fit?

would I need a remote shifter to make it come up in the right place?

I want to buy the R150 cause its less than half the price of the R154 gearbox, and apparently there just as strong just different gear ratios.
