Bumper cornering light mod

confused fog light help?
I have a 92 sc400, but I have a 95 or 96 front bumper with the h3 cornering lights. Does anyone know if using the relay for the 92-94 will work? I know this is 55w, so I am assuming I would have to do something other the directly wiring to the side markers, but is a 30 amp relay enough? Any help what be appreciated.
