Need some helps wit swaps
Ok, my father has a SC300 5spd. I have found out that you can swap the 2JZGTE into the the SC with the supra trans, ecu and all that. Ok, first has anyone done the swap on here ? Second, how does the SC 300 handle, any stock times for the SC ? The SC and Supra have about the same weight so I guess that performance wise they will be close if not identical ? I was planning to go single and be making atleast 700RWHP will the chassis be able to stand the power ? Thanks for all the info guys, if someone has AIM, my sn is sniper245. thanks again

Do a search of the forum. You'll find that your question has been answered time and time again. In short, yes, yes, yes, and yes.
Also in short, he would be better off turbo'ing the engine that's in there. For the less cost than dropping in a 280hp factory GTE engine, you can have a 450hp one.

If you do a GTE, swap the 6sp getrag, and Torsen LSD rear end.
You'll need a custom drive shaft.
Do a search on 2JZ-GTE -- i've got a post floating around about this.
If you don't own an SC300 5sp, I think it's easier to do up a JZA80 TWT
