Lightbulb Keyless entry addition

This has probably been discussed before, but ...

can our keyless entry systems be modified to add a shock sensor?
Don't you get pissed when somebody puts a ding in your door or knicks your bumper, and your poor SC just sits there staring back without saying a word? I want mine to at least acknowledge that it was hit.

I hate door dings!!! DRIVES ME NUTS!! Inconsiderate bastards that open their door cuz they are too fat and old to get out w/o hitting my car!!! I don't think you can juts add sensors, I think you would need a whole new alarm system. I'm sure it is well worth it, esp if you are thinking of putting rims on your car. Get the one that chirps and people when they are too close.

On the topic of alarms, i work at the local Circuit City store so i am thinking of getting Viper's top alarm/remote entry/remote start system installed in my 1996 sc300. does anyone know from experience or otherwise if any special parts are needed, maybe to disable the existing alarm, or for any other reason?
