Default Cheap Power Steering Hose???

Hey everybody. I'm Swif. I need to replace the power steering hose on my
'92 300. The hose is $500 plus though. Anybody know where I can get one cheaper and why it cost so much???

or you can take it out, take it to a local hose shop like hose-man, have them cut off the rubber hoses and weld in new ones. got mine done for like $60.

There are a couple people parting out cars in the f/s section. Pm one of them or go to a junkyard

I love how people suggest to fix a known broken part with a another used part that has a good chance of being faulty.
Fix it like somone else said or buy a new one, i heard driftmotion hose dosent really work...thats what i heard.

Did whoever told you this explain why? Just curious, a hose only does so much.

I read a few threads that the DM power steering line was too long and didnt angle correctly but Im not sure about its functionality. Seen a few for sale in the classifieds section a while ago.

I am not too familiar with the DM hose, but the factory hose does more than just connect from point A to B. I believe it's designed to cool the ps fluid as well.
