Unhappy Yo People. Help ?

alright guys, first and foremost, my video im doing about the goods and bad's of a rhd car in the usa; im not done with it cause i do have a bit of a issue. at high RPM's, the tranny wont shift into gear. well, it will, just very hard. it scratches like hell. my clutch is a brand new hks twin disk so im hoping to cut that out.

soo help anyone ? ill be pulling the tranny next week to replace some the input shaft seal and output also.

How is your slave cylinder? Have you looked for leaks or try bleeding it?
