Default lost! gas, oil and rpm needles dead

Hi, I have a 92 sc300. When I bought the car the cluster backlighting is blue, with orange needles. Not sure if that's stock or not, but the problem is that one by one, the needles have stopped working! is there something I am missing? I tried searching forums for "needles dead" but nothing came up. Please let me know. Thanks!

yeah.. common problem. Try banging on the dash to get the motors working again.

Just search "needle", and you'll find a few threads.

In the mean time, if you have a GPS unit, you can use that to see how fast you are going...and for fuel, just fill up and track your mileage.

OH ok... then yes, that is still a common problem. You can send it out to lextech.org, his screen name is O.L.T. here.

But what I do, is just look for the moving blank spot on my speedometer to to see how fast I'm going... haha

I had this same problem last night, They went out, then flickered back to life, then dimmed and went out again. And this morning they worked?
