This is some b.s!!!
hey, so the story goes like this!!
I recently want na-t and want all out and imported some spark plug wires from japan! it started up and ran perfect. then i start getting a little bad idle when i cold start but after a little driving it worked fine. about a month in on them i MELTED my 6th wire. i replaced it with one of my previous wires to test it and about a month in on that wire i melted it again!! and it keeps melting from the distributor and pops out causing me to lose the clamp to.
CAN ANYONE TELL WHAT THE PROBLEM COULD BE!?!

is your turbo intake pipe grinding against your distributor cap? The intake pipe to the turbo gets really hot, it could be heating up the cap and wires in the area. maybe its time for the 4-runner dizzy cap mod. with a 4" pipe mine still touches the 4-runner cap (can't fit the clip on the main coil wire but it stays snug in place), and definatly couldn't even fit the stock one if I tried. best combo is a 3" pipe with the 4runner cap and just the right coupler to get the needed clearance.

NO... nawws only boost for me!!
no i'm actually not using a intake pipe which is because i have no clearance. and believe me a had to learn it's importance the hard way the blower is literally a centimeter from touching the distributor heat shield.
since it's free air i don't think it's the blower sucking the wire out of place or am i wrong?

its a possibility, but unlikely cause the clip that holds the wire in place is a PITA to get off by hand. What manifold are you using? how close is the #1 exhaust runner from your dizzy? this is by-far one of the oddest issues I have heard on here

whats wrong with that if anything it should be a plus importing wires from japan!
I would start with the fact that its that close. Heat shield or not, thats still alot of heat near the dist. cap. Have you removed the cap to inspect it inside and out? specifically where your having issues with that one wire?
but to tell you the truth i don't know what to expect when i open it
Look for any melted or warped plastic inside and out, check the tab for the wire retaining clip to be sure its not damaged. If your still not sure, remove it take some pics and post them up.
