Exclamation Missing hose!!!!

I need to know what hose im missing and where it goes

Its in the front of the engine next to the power steering canister:

i think that's supposed to be for the power steering vacuum hose...

What year car/ engine do you have? If it is a newer vvti motor, then those pieces are pointless, there is on the other side of the timing cover too which they are connected. Lexus just decided to leave them there instead of remodling the whole shield behind the cam gears.

yeah man they did away with that crossbehind vacuum line in 01 or 02. I can't for the life of my remember what it was for but i will look into at work on mon and get back to you.
