Default which tranny fluid did u chose?

i recently changed my transmission fluid to royal purple 75w-90 on my 5spd sc300. i noticed when i shift its a lil bit rough, and it used to feel very "fluid" when i shifted. i already changed the tranny mount a couple months ago but there is no change. so is it that my tranny hates the fluid? which fluid should i use for the smoothest shift in a manual tranny?

I thought transmission fluid was car specific? I went to the Lexus dealership to get SC specific fluid (which I'm sure they use on a buncha different models but whatever)..

I used good O ATF. (R154) At 1st I had used 75w90 but it locked up my tranny shafts. I asked a shop in Tex that rebiulds them ans he said use ATF.

I haven t had any issues what so ever. I love it.

I ran Redline MT-90 in my 392rwhp 240.....never had any issues. We just stock Amsoil at the shop, so in it went.

I'm not going to recite the facts for any one who feels otherwise, but this is the best choice on the market.
