Nicely done sir.
Keeping the SC street-cred going strong.
A well rounded build IMO.

Updated 08/20/10
This last two week I put a built shortblock in my car. The engine was built buy CGM Motorsports. It has JE pistons that were coated and also custom CGM rods (they're suppose to be stronger than the stock ones and a lot lighter). They also did all the machine work. The pictures don't show how pretty the engine was. Also I was able to sell my differential for a good price so I was able to get a new TRD LSD and put it in a GS400 diff all and all for a really good price. I also got my fuelrail welded so I never have to worry about the fittings leaking. I also welded a fitting onto my fuel line so no more hose clamps. I also installed a B & M short shifter. I pretty much cleaned every hole with a tap and every nut and bolt with the same, or I put new bolts, It kind of drug on and on but this is the last time I hope to do this (on my car) for a long time and just didn't want to worry about the little things. I mostly did the work at night after the kids went to bed. I've put about 500 easy miles on the car so far and everything seems good. Ever since I put the 6spd in the car with the twin carbon clutch it's official the car is a beast and no longer a luxury sports car that is pretty fast. It's pretty hard to drive smooth and the sound of the clutch is hard to ignore. 90% of the time it would be better with the setup it had on the dyno day and the May super lap, but for that 10% I would say it is all worth it.

Well.....It made 470 at 14lbs of boost. when I upped the boost to 23-25 on the same engine it felt a lot stronger. The old engine was about 9.2-1 compression ratio. Now the CR is 8.5-1. So it should make a little less HP at the same psi. I can also turn the boost up more with the built engine. Long story short who knows but I'm kind of targeting 650whp.

I took it to the 1/4 mile track the other day and ran an 11.29 @ 130mph which makes my SC one of the faster manual SC around. I was pleased with the times and I had a good time. I also road race the car in the local super lap. I won my class in 2009 (class A) and this year I should finish in the top two (Unlimited class C).

Also I have worked many of the drive-ability kinks that I was having earlier with the car. It drives very nice (still not stock) and is very suited to be a DD if I wanted, I also use the car if I have to travel without the family which is about once or twice a month. I might add that I have been DD'ing the car since the new engine. I also raced yesterday where I got 2nd. I lost to an ariel atom (I need to get out of the unlimited class)

I've also been busy working on my car this past month or two. I installed some gauges and I decided to put them in the glove box so if I'm just getting groceries or cruising I'm not attracting unwanted attention. Sorry just cell phone pics

The main thing I did is install a Canton Accusump system in my car along with the 6" filter with no filter bypass. The accusump pre-lubes your system so that you never dry start your engine even if the engine has not been started in a while. And also works like a drysump because it stores oil in the blue cylinder and in the case of oil pressure drop in your engine it will supply pressurized oil to your system The install went pretty smooth but I already had a cooler so I just ran -10 from the accusump to the -10 cooler lines. I'm a Canton dealer so if you have any questions just email me.

I made some simple mounts for the brackets to alow for a cleaner install.

Here I just ran a -10 bulkhead 90 through the trunk floor. I also mounted an inline filter because my oil cooler is pre-filtered oil. I forgot to get any pics of how I ran the line under the car and the filter but it is pretty strait forward.

This is where I decided to tap into my oil but I'm making a dedicated track car (93 SC300)in the near future and I might just tap it strait into the block but I'll cross that bridge when I get there.

My brothers Supra @4:30 and my SC300 after that. The Supra lost a turbo during practice. I ended up taking 2nd to the atom. I also had the 3rd fastest time of the day bested only by the wide-body Evo and atom.

Great build. Do you have any pics of the drain line, off the bottom of the turbo?
