Where does your temp guage usually sit?

Same as mine! Mine was sent to Lextech as well. Does anyone know how to fix this. No matter how I remove the needle... It seems like it only goes back in One Way... which is wrong. No matter how I move it the needle it doesnt sit back to the correct place.
