Default Headlight problem

I don't know if this has been asked before, don't even know what to search for.

Bought this 91 JDM Soarer a week and a half ago. Having issues with the headlights, it doesn't look like someone switched the wiring and put the main projector bulb/wiring plug in the wrong hole or anything. I am completely clueless as to why the headlights are like this.
And yes I know I need to get the moisture out of my headlights, all in good time.

Also wondering what this space is for, most pics of interiors I see on here there is something there but mine has nothing there. CD holder or something perhaps?

Thanks for the help.

1st pic: The bulb is probably burned out (Replace it).
3rd pic: That's the slot for the "Butterfly" cup holder.

The bulb may be burnt out but why is there a smaller light on beside it? Why isn't that smaller light turned on in the second picture?

I wasn't asking anything about moisture in my headlights and I don't know why you got the idea that I was. This is about the lights themselves.

So the smaller lights next to the big projector lights are just city/daytime lights? Guess Ill have to replace the ones that aren't turning on and see if they were just burnt out. Thanks.

You were being shown the inside of the light structure where you'd have seen the city light if you checked it out.

Well I know the light is there obviously because its on in the picture. I just don't know why its on when on the other headlight it isn't on. Going to replace bulbs and see if they are just burnt out.
