Oh, good.

I was just gonna ask how many miles you drive per year for it to have made that much difference. If you are only driving 5k-10k miles per year (typical for HS), how much money are you actually talking about saving if you buy a Honda. Have you done the math? It just ain't that much of a savings.

Exactly. I've gone over this subject with many people and I got to the conclusion of NOT selling the car.

Well JamesN convinced me otherwise. And I like the SC community too much.

I'm glad you didn't sell it. If you want a car that gets good gas mileage under $2000, you should look into buying an old Saturn SL from the 90's or 2000's. They are extremely cheap with low miles and they get good gas mileage. I have one for my daily driver.

Well I had in mind getting an Acura Integra. Good thing I changed my mind before I sold the car. That would've really sucked . Nah, my SC is gonna be my daily driver. :]

glad you stayed w/ the Sc. If you picked an integ, odds are it probably would've gotten stolen. Almost every integra owner I know has had some horror story about either getting broken into, or being stolen completely

That was one of the key concerns I had when I was thinking of the sale or not. In the end, I thought it would be too much trouble to be protecting an Integra, instead of progressing it's performance.

That was the reason I chose not to get one. About half of the nice ones I saw for sale were stolen and later recovered.

Hence why most of them on sale have "salvaged titles" due to theft.
