my budget is 1300 whats a good ems seeing how aem does not sell series 1 boxes and 2100 for series 2 is too much for me.

 

Look at MAP-ECU2. What are your performance goals?

 

400 hp on a 6k budget not counting r154 swap and maybe rebuilding internals

your gonna have to search on ems's. theres hundreds of threads on which is "the best" or "good enough". It sounds like your budget is exactly the price of a used aem ems v1 box with sensors.
