So.. I bought another one..
So I was on craigslist, and on the first page of the cars just listed today, I noticed a SC400, I called him 10 minutes after he posted it, went to see it and put a deposit on it right there.
It's a fixer uper, amazingly enough, everything works electronicly, when you turn the car on, the phone turns on, the engine purrs, only issue is the interior is about a 4/10, will be a 6/10 once I clean it, the exterior is a 6.5/10, paint is good, some fades, only one spot with any dents, it's realllllly clean dent/ding wise.
The main issue is the trans, which doesn't work. No worries, should be simple enough for me to pull out and change myself, I've never done it before, but me and my father are definatly handy enough to knock it out. My question is, is the trans the same auto trans used in the sc300 with a different bellhousing? or do I need to find a whole sc400 trans? I've looked around and they seem to be quite cheap, I know you can find sc300 tran's for like 100-200$ in good shape. If anyone has one available, pm me.
Heres a pic I took:

I'll take more once I tow it here later this week.

It has 190k miles, I'm not looking to keep it for very long, I'm probably going to clean it up, fix the trans and sell it to a friend of mine who really wants an SC but can't afford a decent one. If I can get 2 auto tran's for 200$, I can put one in, and build the other one for when my W58 explodes in my 1jz SC.

I'm amazed I was able to get this car for $800, if he throughly cleaned it, he could have easily gotten 1.5k for it with out the trans being fixed, this car will look 100x better as soon as I can get my hands on it and clean it! I'll post a bunch of before/afters then.
