I picked up my first SC about a month ago. After Matt (RedPhoenix) told me how easily I could put a manual gearbox in the 400, I had to get one as that is what stopped me from already owning one. So I found one that seemed to be in good condition for the right price and this is what I ended up with.
It's a 1993 with 118,000 on the clock.

Yea, I'm a fan of the color.

The gold tips will have to stay a little while, though. Trans, suspension, wheels and brakes are my first priorities.

Nice purchase!! A little 1500 grit sandpaper and about 30 minutes if wet sanding will eliminate the gold tip problem. Mine came with gold tips too Then all you need is some polish and bye bye gold tips! I cant wait to ditch my auto as well.
