Default Finally Starting to come together

been trying to clean up my sc300 for the past 3 weeks, its my third sc this year, just ended up buying one that was an absolute mess, but had the 1jz and 5 speed converted already.

cars come a long way, from a acid eaten ecu, to the whole suspension being ruined, the interior disgustingly dirty, 17x7 fwd wheels, the looked like someone put some work into a car and then just gave up.. sat for a year, then sold it.. it was completely run down from brake fluid on the suede/leather seats with nasty tires in the back seat, to power steering fluid gunked up and caked all over the motor

im pleasantly proud to announce the car has been almost completely turned around in just the three weeks ive had this one. my previous 400 and 300 needed to be restored, but this is the keeper, ill be rebuilding this car over the next year, and keeping you guys in tune with it every step of the way.

you may have seen i had issues with it in the performance section since i got it. car was stuck in limp mode, turned out i had to have the ecu rebuilt (thanks Driftmotion) from there, the entire care shook and "whomped" like crazy, undrivable. replaced wheel bearings, ball joints, lower control arms. ... drives smooth. got rid of the fwd wheels for my buddy's 19" g35 wheels.. rolled the fenders for those.. ultimately its been alot of cleaning, and care.. ive been involved with building show cars for years, so seeing what its become in just 3 weeks, i cant wait to see what its like next april!!

with out further adeau..

Nice progress, car is looking good. The seats came out really well and I especially like how you had the center arm rest trimmed. Oh, and nice DIY '95 bumper
