i called my uncle and he offerd me another sc400 for a great price sorry i dont have any good pics as of now but i wanted to know should i yay or nay on this it has black exterior and spruce interior no dents or hits . it needs the following repairs

new suspention in the rear
new tach needles
timing belt is unknown

right now i am a few hundred bucks short from my vvti swap (300.00) but i was thinking of buying this and flipping it just adding somthing small to it like

apex'i intake (have a spare 1 sitting in a friends garage)
full exhaust (x-pipe and no cats and ebay exhuast)
tockicos and espilers
hid's 6500k
tune up with NGK's

thats all

what do u think the cars fires up good hard runner worth the risk of buying keep in mine i havent sold the datsun was a waste of money !!!!
