Confusing issue
I hate my first post to be asking a question because of a problem, but that is where I am at. I purchased a 92 SC400 a week and a half ago, and love it except for a couple of issues that I am having that seem related. One is a sputtering between 1250 and 1850 rpm that happens randomly, and the other is a more serious sputtering at all rpm accompanied with a check engine light that seems to pulse with the the sputtering. The check engine light situation has happened three times but goes away after I turn off the car and restart it. The other one has happened more often but it doesn't happen all the time. Any ideas?
