Default what to do?

hey guys i have a question that i need to get figured out.
I have not posted much on here but mostly on supra forums.
I need some advice.
Im making currenty 580whp with a na-t set-up:
stock na motor w/TT headgasket/getrag 6spd/fsm intake/aem/550cc rx-7 injectors/TT fuel pump/67 gtq .81/pump gas w/meth.
I also bought 2 walbro pumps and dual feed rail-not installed.
Should i finish the fuel system and do custom cams and try to make more power?
Or should I stop where im at do a gte head-
I want to make 800 to 900whp-which would be more cost effective.

First of i wanna start by saying welcome, and your SC is HOT!!
Second, bro honestly instead of getting a GTE head i would Build the n/a block..your still running stock internals, i wouldnt go all out jus buy some TT Pistons n Rods and then, go with ur fuel, and cams...i wouldnt even bother gettin a GTE head...But that just my opinion, either way Sexy SC and goodluck!!!

Correct, and at 800-900whp I would start considering building your bottom end, as that is about the limit to where everything starts breaking.

Actually- just to answer the qu (you can hit search on the internals topic)- a 264 (or 272-don't go higher unless you want to deal with the subsequent vacuum issues) cam with a bit of an oversized valvetrain (Ferrea titanium 1mm over ftw) will allow you to increase your redline. Add both Walbro's to your current setup, upgrade those injectors (ID1000's FTW).

Are you the one who hangs out on the south side of indy every once in a while? I think i keep on missing you lol. I know of a few guys with some high power 2J setups that might be able to help. They'll all be at Winged warriors in a few weeks.

yeah same one-thanks for the advise-I know what kind of power the motors
make.It would be nice to have a larger cam selection instead of ttc or crower.
I would like to do it the most cost effective way plain and simple.
who knows i may go a completly different direction.
