Are any 96 SC300s OBDII?

Will SC400 brakes fit on SC300s?

I have asked and gotten and searched and found different results for the price of the toyomoto kit. What is the real price for the stages?

Is that OBDII? Yes, I am worried about it.

For the pre-98' 2JZ-GE(non VVT-I), the stage one is $5500 uninstalled(340 RWHP) and the stage II is $7500(uninstalled) and will give you 400RWHP. These kits are shippable.

It may seem like an easy answer but is it $2000 to upgrade to the next stage or is it more. What is different? Any contacts?

All car manufactured as of January 1, 1996 (and some before then) are OBD-II.
