CRAIGSLIST UPDATE:
so i recieved another response from this lady:

Hello Steve,
This car was a present for my son, I have the title still registered under my name paid in full ready to be signed over. The car is now in Dallas and it will be delivered to your place from here. I chose eBay as our third party because they offer protection both of us, they save me lot of time, they handle all the paperwork and collection of selling price, and will hold the payment until you decide to keep the car. To begin the transaction I'll need your full name and full shipping address. The selling plan is very easy and safe. First eBay will send you the invoice via e-mail, then you have to make the payment. Right after eBay will check the payment as available, they will confirm me and I can ship the car to your address. You will have 4 days to inspect the car, if you like it we have a deal. The lawyer and the notary from eBay will take care of all needed papers. Otherwise eBay will refund you the money immediately and the car will be taken from your place, on my cost. But I am sure the second situation will not happen because the car looks and runs great, I know you will simply fall in love with this car once you will drive it first. Please let me know your decision about this deal.

Regards,
Eleanor Carter

- I RESPONDED WITH:
lol..... sorry. get the car somewhere i can see it in person first and HAND you the cash. then we can talk some more, eleanor, susan, or whatever your name is.
