While doing my 4" to 6.5" speaker conversion with the ebay plastic adapter, I realized that I won't be able to use the factory enclosure for the speaker.

What should I do?

- Scrap the adapters and custom cut some adapters out of MDF that'll allow me to re-use the factory enclosure?

- Scrap the enclosure, use the adapter and fabricate an enclosure for the 6.5"?

- Scrap the enclosure idea completely and just put in the 6.5" speaker with the adapter?
