Default Replacement front speaker options

I have searched on here quite a bit but can't really find any info on how to fit larger front speakers.

I have seen adapters for sale on ebay at times, does anyone else sell these?

What's the largest front speaker that can fit, will a 6.5 squeeze in?

What do people do with the factory tweeter - leave it in place but not use it?

Any recommendations on a 6 or 6.5 to use with a Pioneer head unit and no amp?

Cheers
Matt.

i have 6.5 in the fronts of mine. i also used that ebay adapter. it works really well, plus the price of it isnt so bad. as for the factory tweeter, i got component speakers, so mine came with tweeters which i just swapped out.

breakb, are you using the factory speaker boxes for the MB Quarts?

I used to have 6.5" components in my old Soarer on MDF boards.
