Hi, I'm new here. Continue to love my 96 SC 300. For 3 years i get a check engine message and the diagnostics say P01 and P02. Now I have had 2 full tuneup's that don't fix the problem for more thatn 3 months. To get an inspection my mechanic unhooks the battery and I drive for 100 miles and manage to get the inspection.

I resist going to my local dealers as they are so oriented toward unnecessary sales. Any ideas as to what to suggest to my local mechanics to try? Thank. CJ
