Help! Broke my Handle
Ok, this is weird. I was late to an appointment and I rushed to get out of my 95 sc400. I pulled the handle and it broke! It didn't break from the base, rather it snapped in the middle of the handle. Now, how can I go about replacing the handle and how difficult will this be? Should this be something the dealer should handle?
Thanks!
Tim

you should be able to do it yourself,
take off the door panel and then you can replace the handle/lock
there is a hidden screw right behind where your handle used to be...the screw is covered by a plastic piece that pops off + a few other screws. then the panel lifts up and off.(which will still be connected by the doorlock/handle and power window.)
there are some other threads about taking the door panels off mostly about gaining access to the speakers.
