Default Front Hub or Rack/Pinion problem?

So the front driver side doesn't feel solid on HWY etc.so I did 9-3o'clock shake and it has noticeable movement.Even with the wheel off holding the caliper and steering rod it still has movement. Now I replaced all my front bushings including R/P a few months ago.I noticed pulling out of my steep driveway making a right I hear a small clink.Car is a 93 Manual,110,xxx miles, lowered on Megans,18x8.5.Rims....any ideas? Thanks

Don't think it's the hub and it's not the sub frame bolts.

So I had my dad hold or put his fingers over the boot(over inner ball joint?)When I did the 9-3 o'clock he can feel the movement there. It's not the R/P cause that would cause both ends to move.Is there a part to replace that?Any ideas what it is exactly?.

So is it just a bad ball joint then? figured you'd probably checked those when you replaced CA bushings

Na,not the ball joint on the arms or tie rods. The joint that connects steering rod to steering rack.you can feel it in the steering boot, that's what's shifting
