Default Few Questions

So I'm thinking about replacing a few parts this Summer. My car is at 145,000 miles and is doing a bit of wondering on the highway, and the steering is very loose.

I am going to do my Caster Arms, Lower Ball Joints, Outer Tie Rods, and Steering Rack Bushings. I have already replaced my UCA's.

I was wondering if I should do the Inner Tie Rods, and for that matter where are the Inner Tie Rods located?

I know the Outer Tie Rods are on the ends, but Inner Tie Rods are not labeled. Also, what all does the Tie Rod Assembly Include?

Also, I know a lot of people go for the Poly Steering Rack Bushings, I was wondering if these are fine:

They are just the OEM bushings, but the OEM Steering was fine until it started wearing out. One thing I noticed is that these are only the circular bushings, where do I get the third bushing which is in the Daizen kit. And also are the other Poly Steering bushing kits any good: AST, Carson?

I would have gone with the Daizen Poly Caster Arms Bushings instead of buying a whole Arm, but I keep hearing that they crack. Has anyone tried the other options:

Sewell Caster Arm Bushing
Carson Caster Arm Bushing

It is just a pain to have to replace the whole arm when the only problem is the bushing.

One final question: When I am reversing my car squeals (Sounds like the brake is stuck?). Any ideas? A stuck parking brake or something?

Sorry about all the questions, guys. I appreciate any feedback.

Any advice, especially on the Sewell and Carson Caster Bushings. I have never seen a review about them, or any information about whether or not they will crack.
