I was thinking of purchasing a Supra TT and really started to look at them close, and I couldnt believe how much even a 1994 with 100K miles on them. I was wondering why is my 92 SC worth so little when it was almost 46K new? I cant believe this. Can someone shed some light on this matter? Both cars are very limited in production with the TT ending in 1998.

Man.. I didnt even think of that. I have seen that movie like 100 times or more. Is my 1992 worth 5K? Maybe selling it or trading it in on one. Thats how bad I have always wanted one.

that movie hiked up the prices on a few cars. like for example, maximas werent really thought of as a car to make fast, if you want a 93 civic hatch, its gonna cost you around $3000, a d@mn econobox CIVIC. so Jadu is right, the movie helped to jack up the prices on this car. and to think a SC is a luxury car that a supra is based off, but the supra cost 3x more money

 

Only certain buyer have the CLASS to be interested in an SC

 

The high price of the Supra is the reason I didn't buy one. I almost sold my SC to buy a non turbo one, but I realized it wouldn't be any faster. That car is so over priced!

You all thoughts are just as mine. Its overpriced for the money. The potential of the 300 is about the same as for the TT. Thats the reason for the post, what to find the real reason of the overpriced supra. With all that I have read so far I will keep the my SC, due to everything that I have done to it. I just wanted to know why its soooooo much higher than our coupes?

Search..this useless topic of "what should I choose?" has been covered 10-billion times..its your money, no your SC isnt worth much, yes Supra's are expensive cause in "most" cases they are considered a Japanese Supercar...

bottom line is if you have to ask which one, you dont need to buy a Supra..
