^ If your just wanting to replace the LCD screen you may want to look into it. I have done the Ebay rebuild service http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/LEXUS...item1c08c3d31f and it turned out pretty good. They replaced the lcd screen and any burnt out bulbs.
