Default Bleeding Problem

Have a 1992 400 and I installed new front steel lines, turned the rotors and put on new pads yesterday. I went to reinstall everything and I cant seem to get all the air out of the system. I have been doing this for over 2 hours to get all of the air out. I bled in this order, LR, RR, RF, LF, and there is no bubbles that I can see coming from my clear hose from the calipers. I have NEVER had this much trouble doing a simple brake job.

I got on here and did some research and someone stated that I may have the front calipers backwards or upside down. Is this possible? Would this be the cause of the spongy, to the floor brakes? Has anyone posted a DIY on doing the proper way to bleed brakes. Any help, and I would appreciate it. I need to get this fixed in the morning.

Since I had no responses and more hours of bleeding. I still have no sign of leaks and still have a spongy brake pedal. Off to the shop this morning. Its prolly something stupid that I have done. I have never, and I mean never had this must trouble bleeding brakes.

I just got it out of the shop and the mechanic stated that I had the calipers backwards, in other words the nipple point was facing downward. I guess I had a brain fart when I resprayed them and took them loose. What a freaking headache. So word to the wise, pay attention.. and the front calipers can be put on the different sides and bolt right up.

I almost did the same thing. Thankfully, I got in the habit of using my digital camera everytime I take something off my car. I use the pics as insurance and refer to them before I start to reassemble.
Since I've started this practice, I NEVER have spare bolts/nuts/washers when I finish a job anymore! LOL
