Default NEED HELP WITH ECU/Injectors

New to the forum but been visiting for a few months now, never really had a reason to post anything until now.

I have a 95 Lexus Sc400..Or you could say HAD a 95 Lexus SC400

Heres the story, Maybe someone can help me out with this.

I let the girlfriend drive it up to the local gas station to get me some soda while I stayed and watched the Colts get this asses kicked.
She calls me a few minutes later and says the car wont start, It wont turn over, Make a noise, anything...Great..

I go up there..And notice a guy in a Ford Superduty is disconnecting the jumper cables from his battery..He tells me he tried to jump it but it wouldnt even make an attempt to start..Im missing the game..Getting pissed, decide to leave the car and come back later..

I go back up there later that night to mess with it..The negative battery terminal was loose..Im assuming thats why when she tried to start it, nothing happened..It wasnt making a good connection. Hooked it back on snug, still I was getting nothing. Happened to pop the fuse box off and take a look..I immediately noticed about 5 were blown. Unprepaired for that, I had the car towed home.

The 5 fuses blown were: 150A ALT, 30A EFI, 60A MAIN, RAD. 1, RH HEAD.

Started looking a little closer, My ignition coils were SPLIT IN HALF..yes..BOTH WERE SPLIT IN HALF.

Apparently this guy that was in the Ford Superduty had hooked something up backwards. Thats the only thing I can come up with for all of the following to happen.

5 Fuses blown. Replaced.
Ignition coils split. Replaced.
Igniters showing no voltage. Replaced.
ECU not functioning. Replaced.
Cold start injection time switch showing no resistance. Replaced.

Currently, the car will fire and run for about 3 seconds then die. And I am getting fuel.

Only 2 things can remain that ive come up with.
1-Possibility the injectors have shorted.
2-My ECU needs to be flashed.

I purchased my ECU USED off Ebay. I made sure it was a 95. I dont know weather or not it would have to be flashed for MY car. Can someone give me some kind of idea if I would need to do that or not?..$250 is alot to spend for some codes, I would hate to send it to Lexus and waste my money because the ECU dosnt really need anything and they chrage me anyway. Thanks in advance.

Might want too check your fuel pump ECU. The fuel pump could be doing its initial prime (put enough pressure in the system), then die after ignition.

Just a thought

True. Forgot to give info on the fuel situation.

I can hear the pump functioning. I can smell gas when it starts. I can feel it in the line. Is it a possibility the fuel pump ECU is fried too? Is the inital prime controlled by the Pump ECU or the Main ECU?
