Default Wipers Problem

Background---my wipers had been working fine, but my washer fluid didnt seem to be working (could have been low on fluid). Now the wipers dont work either.

One day while it was raining and had my wipers on, I pressed the fluid button and the wipers just got stuck in the middle. Wont work or come down. Next morning, I checked the fuse, its still good. I tried a wiper motor from my 97 parts car, and it still doesnt work. Anybody has any ideas? Im thinking it has something to do with my washer fluid motor. Anybody know where the relay is at? Thanks in advance.

Is your car lowered? How low is it? If it is, you might want to look under your drivers side fender to see if the wiring harness has been chewed up by the tire.

Could be your combination switch, a bad connection or loose wire(s).
