I bought new coilovers in regard to my old set being not what I expected, not because of this height issue.\

I will check out the bushings when I get my car back from the body shop.

It's likely a bushing issue. On my old SC300, which had 181k when I got it, I had a slight lean to the drivers side that I resolved with coilovers and I adjusted them accordingly. A couple months later when I replaced the LCA's with Supra units, suddenly I had a lean towards the passenger side. I evened out the coilover adjustment to be equal left & right, and it sits perfectly now.
