Default Another LS brake swap

Just got my calipers today. I was surprised to see how massive these things are in person. I'll post more pics once I paint them and install them and the like. I just need rotors, then they're ready to go on.

Got the rotors in today. R1 concepts slotted. Also have some EBC yellowstuff brake pads for a supra coming in. Gonna try to make them fit. If they won't work i'll just use the stock pads that I got with the calipers.

I'm gonna do them gold, and then paint the hub section of the rotors with rustoleum. I thought about getting stainless lines, but I'm pretty broke after all the money I've already spent lol. And I have to change my oil soon too. Ahh! I was trying to decide between the motul brake fluid or that blue stuff. So the motul is better?

motul rbf600 vs. ATE super blue...

long debate. both are good. get the one thats easier to get locally. i know my buddy locally is a motul dealer and get me 1 liter of motul fluid for 20 bucks. usually motul is 20 for 500cc.

ATE can be bought on ebay for around 20/liter as well.

if you buy fluid get 2 liters. you wont use more then 1 liter but have extra on hand just in case or next time you flush your system.

i havent done my brake fluid in a while(im a bad boy thats been neglecting my car) but i usually do all my fluids(trans, diff, brakes, coolant) once a year.

Hit the middle part with some VHT caliper paint. Hopefully it holds up.

I'm not sure. The stock ones on my car right now are rusted in the area that I sprayed black, and I don't want it to happen to these.
