Default cluster question

will a 93sc400 cluster work on my 92sc300 cluster? my homeboy is selling his sc and he's letting me take what ever i want to trade with mine since his sc is a beater beater.. all my needles are blown in my 92sc and his needles are still working it would be a nice to have working needles! thanks!

it will work no problems but if u use a 400 cluster on a 300 your RPM's will read wrong

Just take the needles out of his. They pull straight off.

dont i have to calibrate it? my car is dead so i wont even be able to test if it works....

when u take apart the cluster the part where i see the numbers and needles separates from the back where u actualy plug in the harness. you can simply change out the face basically i was thinking of doing the same thing
