Default tire size

I brought 97 sc 300 it s got 255\60\r16 Ineed two tires but on door it says 255/55/r16 do I need to buy all new

im pretty sure its suppose to say 225/55/16 on the door not 255. i had 97+ wheels and they are 6.5" wide. no way you can put a 255 on it. lol.

if you have a 225/60/16 youre fine. the overall rolling diameter is a bit bigger. all it means is your speedo will be a bit off. meaning if you are going 50 it will say something like 48 on the speedometer. but the extra tire height helps protect the wheel when you hit pot holes

yeaaaaahhh, 275/30/19s = FAIL on potholes...but look scweeeet
