It'll idle, but it'll slowly idle at lower and lower speed until it dies. It turns over just fine, and if you keep the revs up with the pedal it runs just fine. It'll drive no knocks or skips or anything. But at a stop sign or whatever it'll die just sitting there. You start it up, it revs perfectly and then just stops again.
