even if u dont lock the steering wheel u have to put the key into the on position to unlock it so u can drive? or am i missing something. seems like a cool mod but it would be better if u had to have like a rf/bt transponder keyring like new cars instead of putting in a code to start the car, also if i have to put the key in to unlock the wheel i might as week turn in a lil more to start it.

also by the looks of the wiring coming out of the product all it does in interupt the starter wire and probably powers ign and accy, they claim it cannot be hotwired which is false by any means. all u have to do is power ign, accy, and send 12v to starter...

cool mod but rf/bt + way around sterring wheel lock would be sex

Has anyone ever thought that maybe this video is a fake, and the way they did this is by pressing the button, and right after that out of the cameras view they click the remote start button on their anti theft controller??????

I'm not saying it can't be done, but what I am saying is that you don't see this guyss hands after he presses the button, and this would be too stupid of a mod in my opinion. Plus, why is he using his left hand instead of the right one which is closest to the button.

I'm not saying it 100% fake, I'm just saying there's a possibility it is fake. There's too much that points out it's not legit. Like I said in my post, I'm not saying it can't be done, but I'm not convinced by this video.

and as far as the camera goes, it is sitting on the center arm rest. the camera is way too still for it to be in his hands.

Also, I wouldn't think of this because it's not in my taste. I'd rather have the nice looking push button start that requires a key in the ignition. That's why I think this is a stupid mod, because in my opinion it isn't well thought out through if it doesn't require a key.

and if it is real, then more power to the man that made the video! but for now I stand my grounds.

What the hell would be the point of a push button start if it required a key in the ignition?

KEY RECONGNITION! That's why!

If anyone can start your car with a push of a button it's stupid!

For example:

Honda s2000 require the key in the ignition to be able to push and start the car.

New altimas are a bit more advance, they have wireless key recognition and it has to be placed in a certain area before being able to use the push button start.

It's a safety feature for the well being of your car.

If you don't want that, then go for it and do it and have a high risk of somebody being able to steal your car with ease!
