Default BBS RK's

I have an opportunity to purchase a set of BBS RK's, 18x7.5 +42 with like-new tires. I know the fitment will be slightly sunken in compared to my Z Wheels (18x8 and 18x8.5 with offset in the low 30's) I had on my SC300, but I'm looking for something different and have always been interested in the BBS series.

I've done a search but couldn't find any pictures of SC's with these wheels. Does anyone have some?

I wish! The guy is asking $800 for his set (which IMO is fair) and he has 215/40 tires mounted currently. They're Nankangs, and I've heard negative reviews about them (more on the economical side as they're inexpensive due to the harder rubber, but terrible to mediocre road performance).

The 16" stockies on my car right now are 225/55. I really don't know if/how a 10mm difference in width is going to affect performance, but I have this strange feeling I'm going to be degrading my car's road performance for a while if I'm running these Nankangs. I feel like I should splurge my SC in some Bridgestone Potenza's. Woulda kept the set from my old SC, but two of them popped in the accident.

If I do pick up the wheels, I'm probably gonna swap out the Nankangs for the proper size and a better brand. But I need to know how the wheels look on the car first.

If its just for daily, those tires should do just fine... Try tirerack's website. You can view cars with different wheels.

More spokes would look better, like the BBS LM or RS, but you may prefer this RK design (I prefer LM/RS). The design isn't that bad, though, although I, myself, would only get BBS LM/RS wheels. I'm sure they are lightweight, which is a big plus.

Don't those come as a factory upgrade for the camry? For $800 you can get much better wheels with better tires. Sorry to say this but that width and offset is horrible in my opinion.
