weekend 97+ led tail light project

Default weekend 97+ led tail light project

got this far today..

take apart new tail light
outer red edge -> flat black
orange turn signal -> red

tomorrow ill be wetsanding the turn signal and then making the panels on which the leds will mount. im using the led ribbon from oznium. i plan on doing 2 rows up top, 5 rows on the bottom, 3 columns for the reverse.

I like how these turned out! How were you able to take apart the passenger side taillight with the trunk key hole plastic piece coming thru the back?
