Default head light issue

Just picked up another SC and noticed that the head lights will only come on when the switch is set to auto. Does anyone know if this is a common issue because a search didnt pull much. Thanks

Weird...is the steering wheel swapped? I only ask because I had all sorts of trouble when I swapped the steering wheel on another car.

trunk of the car is probably for the taillights.
The relay for the headlights is the large one in the engine bay.
I believe its under the black plastic cover by the battery.
