Headlights come on by themsleves...ideas?
Car is sitting in the driveway, shut off, headlight switch is off, lights come on by themselves and cannot be controlled with the light switch.
Ideas? I've replaced the headlight relay. Battery is good, reads 12.8v. An oddity is if I turn the ignition on/off while the lights are on I get a short blast of horn during the turn off. Makes me think maybe security system related?
Thanks

Year of car?
The lights should shut off when left in the on or auto position the stalk switch is the first spot I'd look. Does it feels mushy when you turn the ****? The stalk switches do wear, I've replaced them on other cars, usually they fail to lock in where the detent is on a turn indication or the light ****.
