your best bet is to go to a 99 cent store any buy one of those cork heat absorbent things to put under hot plates of food. i stacked 2 of them on the bottom of my LS headlights and put them in the oven @ 300degrees for like 8 mins. the lens literally fell apart but good thing i put it over the sink or boy would i have had a mess.
